  We helped Dynisco Extrusion in Hickory, NC complete the design of a series of polymer extrusion components.

Pro-Logic Solutions, LLC, Carver, MN

   We provided 3D modeling support for a custom database application developed by Pro-Logic. During this contract, PartSense converted over 1000 AutoCAD drawings to SolidWorks parts, assemblies, and detailed drawings for a major playground equipment  company in Delano, MN. In order for Pro-Logic to use these models in the database application every solid was converted to a high resolution and low resolution mesh in 3ds format.

Tech Design, Richmond, VA

   PartSense has been able to assist Tech Design with on and off-site engineering support providing flexible support alternatives to additional staffing requirements. Projects have included polymer extrusion equipment modeling and detailed drafting services.

Lansing Machine Services, Yorktown, VA

   We played a major role in the design of the TMC 2000, a custom five axis CNC machine for Newport News Ship Building. PartSense was contracted a second time to provide engineering support for retrofitting a Kearns & Richards horizontal boring mill.

 

Armillaire Technologies, Bethesda, MA

   Trimech asked PartSense to create a photo-realistic animated sequence for Kitco fiber optics.

 

The Montpelier Foundation

   PartSense was very please to help Alfredo Maul convert his AutoCAD solids of James Madison's Montpelier to parametric solids. PartSense was also pleased to provide initial timeline photo- realistic renderings and animations of the Montpelier mansion.
